Project "Actions for identifying new business opportunities in existing markets and for seeking new markets" - Funded by the Marche Region (ID 58357)

Inim for years with the Marche Region on research, development, and technological innovation projects.

The project, presented as part of the call for proposals "Support for productive investments aimed at reviving economic growth and competitiveness – Actions for market reorientation and diversification," had three main objectives:

  1. Improving the UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) through website redesign
  2. Monitoring access to your website
  3. Integrate an e-commerce platform into your website

Results obtained:

  • Transfer of the website to a non-proprietary platform
  • Website renewal with particular focus on UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface)
  • Optimization of the interface for professional operators in restricted areas
  • Optimization of the interface in public areas for a pleasant and simplified user experience
  • Completion of a section of the my.inimcloud.com portal dedicated to viewing active service contracts, with renewal history and current status.
  • Updating the eCommerce platform
  • Integration of the l-SIM purchase procedure
  • Integration of accessible renewal links
