Remote control, advanced supervision, and continuous monitoring ensure that the status of the system and individual detectors is always under control.
With the new version of the Inim 2.6 app, the FA100 advanced loop-connectable aspirating smoke detection system can now be fully managed viaInim Fire. The device is now visible as a standalone item in the app and can be quickly enrolled via QR code, providing access to a dedicated interface for managing the aspirating system.
Detector Area and Real-Time Monitoring
From the dedicated dashboard in the Inim app, you can immediately view the system’s overall status: connection, key parameters, and device operating conditions. Each detector can be monitored in real time, with smoke and flow levels displayed and continuous updates on parameters. Thanks to the data logger, you can also view the sampling history and analyze how values have changed over time.
Programming directly from the app
The new Programming section allows you to perform basic configuration directly from the app. You can modify key parameters such as fan speed, labels, and delay times, as well as manage detector sensitivity and thresholds. The Auto-Calibration feature also allows you to initiate automatic system calibration, even remotely.
Events, checklists, and documentation are always available
The event log section lists all device events in chronological order: alarms, faults, and operations performed. The checklist section automatically generates compliance-compliant inspection and maintenance reports, making them immediately available in the Cloud.
Guided commissioning and maintenance
The Commissioning and Maintenance sections allow you to manage commissioning and routine maintenance using step-by-step procedures. Each activity automatically generates a PDF report linked to the operational checklist, ensuring full traceability and readily accessible documentation, reducing errors, and significantly simplifying regulatory compliance requests.
Plant layout
The Layout section allows you to view the 2D CAD drawing generated by FA/STUDIO. You can navigate the floor plan, zoom in, and view the piping network and sampling points. This supports installation and maintenance by providing a clear and immediate overview of the system configuration.
To enable FA100 integration with Inim Fire, you must verify the connection prerequisites and update the firmware, software, and app as described in the document below, which we encourage you to download.
