Your Home: A 360° Tour
The new Home screen is your operational control center. As soon as you open the app, you get an immediate overview of customer status, alerts, and outages, so you know right away where to focus your attention and can respond quickly and effectively without wasting any time.
Customers, Alarms, and Outages Always Top of Mind
On the new InimTech Security homepage, the "Customers, Alarms, and Faults" section remains at the top of the interface for a specific reason: to provide an immediate overview of the operational status of your work. Alarms and faults are critical information that requires a quick response and are now presented in a clear and immediately accessible format.
New section: Recent Installations
The "Recent Installations" section displays the five most recent installations for the products you manage on the Home page. Access these systems immediately without having to search or go through unnecessary steps, and keep your work environment under control at all times. Having your most recent installations visible allows you to focus on the systems that require the most attention in the initial phase and to support the customer promptly, with continuous and targeted checks.
Services always visible
The I-SIM and Licenses section gives you an immediate overview of the available services. Even if you don’t have any active licenses, the app shows you all the options for activation and extension, helping you get the most out of every system and offer new extension solutions to your customers.
Focus on Your Education
With “My Training,” you always have access to the Security & Comfort training program Security & Comfort the app. Staying up to date becomes part of your daily workflow, helping you grow professionally and remain competitive in an ever-evolving market.
New Dark Mode Theme Available
As part of this interface update, the new Dark Mode theme is now integrated directly into iOS and Android. The app automatically detects the device’s settings and adjusts the interface accordingly; Dark Mode can also be enabled manually, regardless of the system theme, giving you full control over the visual experience.
Graphic redesign of the operational sections
Starting today, the Central Details, Customer Details, and Event Details screens feature an interface that streamlines the organization of information, makes it easier to view system status, and speeds up event analysis. The result is more efficient interaction and reduced operational time.
