The LAB1000 base is designed for installing Altair series analog addressable detectors. Compatible with all models in the range, it features terminals for loop wiring, connection to a remote indicator, and grounding. In the absence of the detector, a spring‑loaded mechanism ensures loop continuity, allowing the system to be tested. Once the detector is reinstalled, the system automatically returns to full operation, including loop isolators.
