The platform includes an integrated customer management module that streamlines maintenance planning and automatically updates both the system log and maintenance log, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Alongside the Cloud platform, the free Inim Fire app offers complete and intuitive smartphone management, allowing users to browse associated systems, monitor individual control panels, and interact directly with zones, sensors, and devices. For systems with audio control, the Inim Audio Control (IAC) app – used in combination with the IASS server – lets users adjust volumes, sources, playlists, streaming and voice announcements, customising the experience through configurable widgets.
