FPM Modules
FPMCPU: Front-plate CPU module and repeater
The FPMCPU module is the main control unit for Previdia and Previdia control panels. It connects to the CAN DRIVE+ bus inside the metal cabinets and is equipped with a color graphic display with touchscreen for intuitive system management. It coordinates all functional modules and can be installed in the front panel, either in the upper or lower slot, with a direct connection to the bus or via another FPM module. Each Previdia Max or Previdia Ultra control panel manages up to two FPMCPU modules: one main and one backup. The module offers advanced connections, including: Ethernet for networking and remote control, dual RS485 channel (for repeaters and integration with BMS systems via MODBUS RTU protocol), mini USB and RS232 port for configuration via PC.
FPMLED: LED module
The FPMLED module features 50 tri-color LEDs (green, yellow, and red), configurable to provide immediate status indication for zones, points, or other elements of the fire detection system. Ideal for quick and intuitive visual control, it fits into the front panel and connects directly to the CAN DRIVE+ bar when placed in the upper slot, or to the FPM module in the upper slot when installed in the lower slot.
FPMEXT: LED signalling module for fire extinguishment systems
Provides indications that are independent from the control panel display. It is mandatory when using IFMEXT modules, as it ensures clear and unambiguous signaling of the extinguishing system status. Each FPMEXT can manage the indications of up to five IFMEXT modules. It is installed on the front panel and connects to the CAN DRIVE+ bar when positioned in the upper slot, or to the FPM module in the upper slot when mounted in the lower slot.
FPMLEDPRN: LED module featuring an integrated thermal printer
The FPMLEDPRN module combines fifty three‑color LEDs (green, yellow, and red), which can be fully configured, with a 58 mm thermal roll printer. It is ideal for the immediate visualization of system status and for real‑time printing of recorded events. It is installed on the front panel and connects to the CAN DRIVE+ bar when positioned in the upper slot, or to the FPM module in the upper slot when mounted in the lower slot.
