Ideal for tunnels, cable trays, warehouses, and escalators, this digital temperature-sensitive cable enables rapid detection of temperature changes even in areas that are difficult to access or hidden from view.
Operation of non-resettable digital temperature-sensitive cables
The ProReact EN Digital LHD uses two interwoven cores separated by a temperature-sensitive polymer. When the set threshold is reached, the polymer softens and the cores come into contact, triggering the alarm. This is an irreversible process: the activated section must be replaced, with no need to replace the entire cable. A simple, effective and long-lasting solution for fire safety.
