Effortless monitoring of faults and alarms across customer systems
If you're an installer, the InimTech Security app gives you full access to the Inim Cloud portal, allowing you to stay in complete control of your work. After logging in, you can check for faults or alarms in your customers’ systems and receive push notifications about any issues — even when the app is not running. Alarms can be archived, or you can call the customer directly to schedule a service visit.
Geolocate your maintenance operations
With the InimTech Security app, you can link a control panel to each new or existing customer by entering their details and the installation location — enabling the app’s built-in geolocation feature. Thanks to the integrated map and turn-by-turn navigation, you can easily locate and reach installations that require maintenance or service. The app also provides a personalized installer profile, giving you access to all Inim resources, including catalogs, manuals, technical data sheets, and certificates.
