Nexus is an advanced communication module designed to ensure the connectivity of Inim control panels Inim 2G and 4G/LTE mobile networks. Thanks to its backup mode operation, the device ensures communication continuity even in the event of a TCP-IP connection failure. Control panel commands can be managed via SMS or caller ID recognition. Certified to the highest level required for notification devices, Nexus is a reliable and secure solution for any application context. The system detects any BUS disconnections and sends immediate notifications, further enhancing the security of the system.
Models to suit every installation need
The Nexus range includes several versions to meet a wide variety of installation needs. Nexus and Nexus/G are GSM/GPRS modules designed to operate on 2G networks and are directly integrated into the Inim I-BUS, providing a reliable solution for basic connectivity. For applications requiring more advanced connectivity, the Nexus/4GU module is available — compatible with both 2G and 4G LTE networks and equipped with exposed terminals for quick and easy wiring. Lastly, the Nexus/4GP version offers the same performance as the 4GU model but includes a backup battery to ensure continued operation even in the event of a power outage, making it ideal for environments where maximum reliability is essential.
