Effortless monitoring of faults and alarms across customer systems

If you're an installer, the InimTech Security app gives you full access to the Inim Cloud portal, allowing you to stay in complete control of your work. After logging in, you can check for faults or alarms in your customers’ systems and receive push notifications about any issues — even when the app is not running. Alarms can be archived, or you can call the customer directly to schedule a service visit.

Geolocate your maintenance operations

With the InimTech Security app, you can associate a control panel with each customer, enter customer details and geolocate each system, making it easy to quickly reach installations that require maintenance or on-site intervention. The app also includes your installer profile, providing quick access to personalised content based on your account, such as upcoming Inim events, training courses you are enrolled in and any scheduled exams. Everything is available in a single environment, helping you work more efficiently and stay up to date. InimTech Security also provides a true digital installer identity. In addition to your profile photo, you are assigned a unique code that identifies you within the Inim services ecosystem, simplifying recognition and access to all services dedicated to you.
