The project

The project aims to transform certain products and services through the integration of innovative solutions in three sub-projects: Digital Transition, Sustainable Transition, and Sales Strategy.

Digital Transition Subproject

The Digital Transition plan will focus on the sub-theme "Smart and connected products" with the aim of developing and implementing solutions that enable the intelligent interconnection of INIM products INIM a focus on the use of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), remote connectivity, and the integration of intelligent systems. In this context, the specific project, called "InVista," proposes the expansion of NVR (Network Video Recorder) functionality through integration with the cloud, Uniview APIs, and INIM applications.

Sustainable Transition Subproject

The sustainable transition plan will be implemented in two parallel phases:

  • Acquisition of an optical card inspection machine to minimize waste during production
  • Investments accompanying the conformal coating machine and related certifications

Subproject Sales Strategies

The marketing plan will target installers and professional customers (B2B), focusing on Italian and foreign customers and on digital marketing. Activities will aim to increase logo recognition and showcase product quality by introducing new marketing touchpoints not yet present in the company's strategy.
