How is integration materialized in Inim?
We go beyond the concept of Integration: we are in the era of a true platform. We are no longer limited to bringing together different technologies or separate systems, as is often the case with traditional integrated security systems. In the past, the term "integration" referred to bringing together different solutions, which nevertheless remained, in essence, separate entities, each with its own specificities and limitations.Today, however, with Inim 's platform philosophy, we are talking about a single, complete and natively integrated system that allows all the necessary services-from security to home automation, from video surveillance to emergency management-to be managed within a single environment. We are no longer talking about simple connections between separate systems, but an ecosystem that provides total interoperability, scalability and modularity, where each component is designed to work synergistically without friction. This approach not only simplifies management for the end user, but also creates new opportunities for innovation. This is the future, and the Inim platform concept responds to these challenges, with a vision that goes far beyond what was traditional integration.
What new features will we be able to find at SAFETY 2025?
In the Security & Comfort, Inim will present advanced solutions for intrusion protection, video surveillance (CCTV) with a new series of cameras that expand from product range, perimeter protection, CoreSync that transforms every AI event detected by the InVista video surveillance system into an alarm zone of our control panels; an integration at the "core" level of control panel. New versions of our Inim Home and InimTech Security Apps, which will enable installers and end users to have full AllinOne control. The new fog system will be in action, offering fast and effective protection during burglaries by creating a physical barrier to block access to attackers. Also in preview, with market launch scheduled for 2026, we will introduce a new generation of keypads and control interfaces designed to provide even more intuitive interaction and simplified management of all security and comfort systems. Inim the near future Inim will also launch the Intercom system, for secure access management and real-time communication.
In the Fire & Safety field, Inim will bring to SAFETY 2025 a complete ecosystem of technologies designed to ensure maximum protection and intelligent management of environments. Fire detection, automatic extinguishing, gas detection, PA (public alert) and EVAC (evacuation) systems will be the protagonists, together with radio solutions such as FireVibes and the complete range foremergency lighting, which can be perfectly integrated with the two worlds of Inim security. These are complemented by two strategic tools dedicated to professionals: Fire Design, the software that enables precise and compliant design of systems based on our FA100 suction smoke detection system, and InCadPro, the new advanced CAD tool for the configuration and integrated design of fire protection systems, designed to make life easier for designers and system integrators. Also present, to discover its potential, Hevoluto: the PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) software that makes it possible to centralize and manage firefighting and security systems for one or more sites in a single solution. Hevoluto has the ability to collect, process and correlate information from devices and systems, providing a single interface for monitoring and control, both in Fire & Safety and Security & Comfort.
The goal for us is always the same: to offer comprehensive, reliable and easy-to-manage solutions that combine advanced security and intelligent automation.
Do you have examples of projects where integration between systems has brought concrete improvement, such as in terms of operational efficiency or centralized management?
In the Fire & Safety world, a concrete example of how systems integration has improved operational efficiency and centralized management is the project for the Cernavodă nuclear power plant in Romania. Inim implemented an advanced fire detection system with Previdia control panels, integrated with modules for distributed monitoring and real-time supervision, ensuring fast and accurate reactions in case of emergency. The system includes self-diagnosis, redundancy and predictive diagnosis features via the cloud, ensuring business continuity without false alarms. Integration with evacuation systems (EVAC) and Building Management Systems (BMS) has enabled centralized management that has reduced response time and improved effectiveness in the event of an emergency. Logistically, the ability to manage loads in a progressive manner, with shipments planned according to installation batches, has enabled high operational efficiency and reduced waste. This model, which can also be replicated in other highly complex contexts, demonstrates how integrated management of technology and logistics can be a real competitive factor. In summary, the integration between Inim systems optimized operations, ensuring greater safety and reliability in the complex management of the nuclear power plant.
Another concrete example in the field Security & Comfort is the ongoing project at a major Tuscan company in the valuable materials sector. Here the integration between systems has enabled the construction of aunified, centralized architecture in which intrusion, fire, CCTV technologies work in perfect synergy. InVista cameras, integrated directly into the intrusion control panel, not only provide immediate video verification of alarms, but themselves become "smart zones" capable of generating pre-alarms at sensitive times of day. The Hevoluto platform enables real-time graphical supervision of all installed devices-from the Prime 500 Intrusion Control Panels to the Previdia fire alarm system-offering operators a complete, intuitive and centralized view of the entire system. This 360-degree integrated platform approach has simplified day-to-day security management, reduced response time to critical events, and ensured more efficient and proactive control of the entire infrastructure, significantly raising the operational standard of the site.
Why did you decide to participate in SAFETY 2025?
We chose to participate in SAFETY 2025 Fair because it represents the true stage for security to meet with industry professionals, engage with the market, and share our technological vision. For Inim, it is a real opportunity to showcase not only our products, but our vision of a security ecosystem. This year is in conjunction with our 20th anniversary, and we are honored by this. SECURITY for us is also a time for listening. It allows us to gather direct feedback from installers, designers and partners to further improve our solutions and anticipate future industry needs. In the ever-changing security and automation environment, being present at this event means reaffirming our commitment to innovation, reliability and customer centricity.
